Snoring is Disease?





Snoring or so-called 'grunt' in the medicine called sleep apnea occurs because of narrowing of the airways. Which narrows the airways when the air passed through it will cause noise. Thus, snoring is created when we are sleeping. The cause narrowing of the airways, among others:

1. During sleep respiratory muscles relax
